Refinished pricing will vary by size and type of finish. The following is a general guideline per wheel. (+$5 per valve stem)

Welding's prices depend on the amount of cracks, and any straightening required(optional). If straightening is required a discount is provided when performing both services.

Tire work is mounting and balancing a tire on a wheel. Install is putting a wheel on a vehicle ($10 a wheel).
